we locate ourselves wherever you least expect to dine. In an orchard, amongst the steel fermenting tanks, on a tall ship deck, enrobed by the fragrance in a strawberry field. Fully self-contained, we set the table, prepare the dishes, serve and clean up; while you savor an unrivaled sensory and culinary experience.
