Alpine California, BBQ Fete a Fete SOLD OUT
Alpine California is the Apple Growing Region of San Diego. Your Table with a View held an event attended by 70 enthusiastic food lovers who dined out of doors on Apple Smoked BBQ ribs and slow roasted Texas style Brisket and all the sides. Guests were treated to dining and conversations with a Sausage Meister and Master Butcher from T&H Prime Meats and winemakers from local wineries.

AleSmith Brewery, San Diego, CA SOLD OUT
This one is called Your Table with a BREW. AleSmith Brewery, forged in 1995 is San Diego's premiere artisan Microbrewery winning numerous national and international awards with their handcrafted ales. The event will begin with a bit of food history and a tour of AleSmith's brewery and production facility. You will dine on a series of dishes selected by the Brew Master and Chef to highlight the best of both the Ales and the local ingredients. The signature Your Table with a View linen draped setting will be situated right in the middle of the working brewery, a dining experience that only gets better with the company at your table; including the Brew Master, local farmers and the food artisans who provide us nourishment.

San Diego, CA PRIVATE PARTY
We were asked to create a unique dining event for one of our loyal patrons. The signature Your Table with a View linen draped setting will be placed amongst the palm trees and evening lights near Mission Bay for an evening that our host's guest will not forget. The event will be attended by a local winemaker and a master butcher from one of San Diego's premium meat suppliers. The meal will be a mix of local ingredients and seasonal ingredients from the host's homestate, to pay homage to his orgins and the foods he grew up on. A gift from his wife for the holidays.
